    Gerber release to PCB fabricators, with full technical support, clarifications, and material recommendations as needed. 

  • Board Bring-up

    Starting with simple diagnostic LED toggle – to proving out all required interfaces – to marrying Hardware and Firmware / Software.

  • Testing, Verification & Validation

    Developing detailed test plans, vetting every subsystem, tuning essential interfaces to the optimal performance, building reasonable statical confidence, system level metrics characterization (Ex. A temperature measurement system using Thermocouples) – to delivering a peace of mind system.

  • Conclude FMEA

    Conclude DFMEA/PFMEA items pertinent to hardware, demonstrate closure and final scoring.

  • Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Tests

    Active participation in compliance testing such as “FCC Part 15 Subpart B/C”, EMI mitigation, and custom reliability/environmental test plans.

  • Product Documentation

    Generation of install guides, product spec sheets, and support materials for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
